Indian Navy BTech Entry: The Indian Navy has begun inviting applications for its 10+2 BTech Cadet Entry Scheme, a opportunity for young and motivated students to begin their journey as Permanent Commission Officiers. This special entry scheme is open to both unmarried women and men, with training offered at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala.
The application window is currently open and will close on 14 July, 2025.

Indian Navy BTech Entry: Eligibility criteria
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Age: Born between 2 July, 2006 and 1 January, 2009 (both dates inclusive)
Education Qualification:
Passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary Exam) or equivalent from a recognised board
Minimum 70% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM)
Atleast 50% in English, in either Class 10 or Class 12
Entrance Exam:
Must have appeared for JEE (Main) 2025 for B.E/B.Tech
Shortlisting:
Based entirely on the All India Common Rank List (CRL) of JEE Main 2025 published by NTA.

Candidates who make it through will pursue a fully-funded four-year BTech degree at INA, with specialization in:

The degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). The Indian Navy will bear all expenses — including tuition, uniforms, books, accommodation, and meals.
