DRDO RAC Recruitment 2025: Selection process

Shortlisting Criteria:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE scores in a 1:10 ratio (i.e., 1 candidate selected for every 10 applicants per discipline/category).

Interview Scheduling:

Shortlisted candidates must confirm availability for a personal interview by a specified deadline.

Interview dates must be chosen from a pre-published calendar on the RAC website.

Final Selection:

Selection will be based purely on merit, discipline-wise and category-wise.

Weightage:

- GATE Score: 80%

- Personal Interview: 20%
