DU Admission 2025: Registration for the Postgraduate (PG) and BTech courses of Delhi University has started for the session 2025-26, and the application window will remain active until 11:59 PM on June 6. Eligible and interested applicants can submit their applications through official university admission websites.
DU PG Admissions 2025-26: On the Basis of CUET (PG) Scores
The admissions for postgraduate candidates, as clear from the university, will be purely on CUET (PG)-2025 scores only, after going through the eligibility criteria listed under the PG Bulletin of Information 2025-26. The PG courses vary from languages, sciences, and professional streams. M.A. courses are offered in languages such as Arabic, Hindi, English, French, and Buddhist Studies, and M.Sc. courses in areas of Computer Science, Mathematics, Biophysics, and Biochemistry. M.Tech. in Microwave Electronics, MCA, and Master of Public Health professional courses are also provided.
BTech Admissions 2025-26: Under JEE (Main) CRL
For BTech courses, admission to Delhi University will be done based on the JEE (Main) 2025 (Paper-I) Common Rank List (CRL). Candidates should confirm that they have appeared in the exam and are fulfilling the academic eligibility as specified in the guidelines for admission.
Delhi University provides three specializations for BTech: Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.

In order to be eligible, candidates should have:
- Completed Class 12 or equivalent from a single board recognised by the Central Government
- Obtained 60% or higher in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics, and passed English at the Class 12 level
- JEE (Main) 2025 (Paper-I) appeared
- Relaxation in minimum marks is available for reserved categories: 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and 55% for OBC-NCL. However, candidates with compartment (supplementary) status in Class 12 (2025) will not be eligible for admission.
