To download the allotment letters, candidates will need their application sequence number and password.

Last date to confirm allotted seats: August 16, 2025 (till 12:00 PM)

Reporting to designated colleges: By 3:00 PM on August 16, 2025

Deadline for cancellations: August 16, 2025 (till 5:00 PM)

Note: Seats will be cancelled if candidates fail to report to the designated college by the deadline.

Choose one option: Accept & Freeze, Accept & Upgrade, or Reject & Upgrade.

Pay the entire fee by August 16, 2025 (12:00 PM).

Candidates accepting seats must report to the allotted college by August 16, 2025 (3:00 PM).

Seat cancellation deadline: August 16, 2025 (5:00 PM).

KKR applicants from Round 1 may also withdraw in Round 2.

Remaining seats will be converted to GM seats for upcoming counselling rounds.
