Bihar Polytechnic Counselling 2025: The official DCECE(PE)-2025 Online Counselling schedule has been made public by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). Applicants who met the requirements for admission to the Polytechnic Engineering (PE) stream can now view the counselling procedure and take part in the online selection and seat distribution process.

On June 23, 2025, the rank cards and seat matrices were made available on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The online choice-filling is the first of several rounds that make up the counselling procedure.

Bihar Polytechnic Counselling 2025: Steps to apply for counselling

Step 1: Go to bceceboard.bihar.gov.in to access the official DCECE counselling portal.

Step 2: Enter your password and registration number to log in.

Step 3: Prior to the deadline, choose and secure your branch and college selections.

Step 4: To lock options, OTP authentication via a registered email address or mobile device is required.

Step 5: Candidates must download and print the choice slip for their records after it has been locked.

- DCECE(PE)-2025 Admit Card

- Hard copy of the DCECE(PE)-2025 Online Application Form

- Rank Card

- copy of the Aadhar card

- Two copies of the Verification Slip and one copy of the Biometric Form
certifications pertaining to reserved classifications like as DQ, EWS, and SMQ (if applicable)

In order to complete the admissions and verification procedures, candidates who are assigned seats in each round must report to the designated nodal centres with all required documentation. Following the conclusion of the second round, more information about the mop-up round and any potential third round of counselling will be made public.
