BHU UG Admission 2025: Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Out Today At bhu.ac.in; Check Important Dates

BHU UG Admission 2025: The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is going to announce the Round 1 seat allotment result for undergraduate admissions in 2025 today, August 8. The applicants who have enrolled in the process of counselling under Combined Allotment Program – Undergraduate 2025 (CAP-UG 2025) can log in and verify their allotment status at bhu.ac.in.

What's Next?

Students who are granted a seat in Round 1 have to report to the assigned college or faculty on August 25, 2025. The academic session will start from August 28, 2025. Care should be taken while adhering to these dates, as non-reporting will lead to cancellation of the seat granted.

For candidates not allotted a seat in Round 1, there will be subsequent rounds of allotments. Announcements of the results of Round 2 will be made on August 11, Round 3 on August 14, and Round 4 on August 18, 2025. Every round will make new allotments according to available seats and merit.

All the seat bookings for undergraduate courses (excluding foreign nationals) will be handled through the CAP-UG 2025 portal. BHU will provide detailed information on how it will be done on its official admission website.

The candidates should confirm that the details supplied by them in their BHU application are identical to the details given in their NTA application, such as date of birth, gender, category claim (if applicable), and the chosen UG program. Discrepancies or differences between the two applications can lead to candidature cancellation.

The applicants are requested to visit the BHU website on a regular basis and follow all instructions meticulously during the admission process.
