APSC JE Recruitment 2025: The registration process for the Junior Engineer (mechanical) recruitment under Water Resources Department (Advt.No. 18/2025) has been started by the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC). APSC JE Recruitment 2025: Pay scale

The Assam State Government employees will receive Pay Scale+Grade Pay+Other allowances. The pay scale will be between Rs 14,000/- to Rs 70,000/- and the grade pay will be Rs 8,700/- with Pay Band-2.

APSC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for this recruitment are as follows:

1. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Assam and an Indian citizen as defined by Articles 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution.

2. An employment exchange registration certificate or a copy of a valid permanent resident certificate given in Assam for educational purposes must be uploaded by the applicant as proof of residency.

3. A three-year mechanical engineering diploma from any AICTE-approved technical school is required of the applicant.

4. The Mechanical Engineering Diploma program needs to be a regular course. Any mechanical engineering diploma earned via distance learning, regardless of its name, will not be accepted.

5. As of January 1, 2025, applicants must be at least 18 years old and no older than 40.

1. Unreserved category: Rs 297.20/-

2. OBC/MOBC categories: Rs 197.20/-
