At the age of 15 (fifteen), most teens would be busy preparing for their 9th/10th grade examinations. Cramming to make and leave a mark in one of the biggest exams of their lifetime. Some, well, have other plans, that look different from sitting behind the desk, nervously going through the question paper.

Some look for answers, but for questions from a different realm, a different stage of life, that reached them sooner than others.

One such wonder kid, who started the journey at a very young age, decided to share his story.

Taking to Reddit, an anonymous user, who later identified himself as Agrim shared a post on the platform.

First Business

In the post, titled 'Here's my journey so far as a 15-year-old founder so far', the young founder shared the tale of success at a young age.

It was at At 14 that he decided to open an outsourcing business. He then got around 6-7 clients. But a low margin made him change course.

Expanding Business

In his post, he went on to add, "At 14.5, I opened a "Reputation Management/Improvement' business, did not close a single client in this and lost most of the money I earned during my first business."

After a gap of 1 year, he decided to learn about sales, focus on studies, and expand his network on LinkedIn.

It was there, that he met Vinay, who later became the co-founder of the 3rd business. Vinay is currently a student at IIT Goa.

Only 6 months ago, Agrim used 80 per cent of his funds left to pay a developer to build software.

After closing the 1st client, the company re-invested all the money and hired more people in our team, and the first month the company closed 12 clients. The revenue was still around USD 300 or Rs 25,738 per month. |

Third Business

Just a couple of months after that, at 15 and a half, he started my 3rd business, in which the company decided to initially sell the scraper that he had purchased earlier.

Hitting the road running, he closed 1 client for USD 60 or around Rs 5,000. Eventually, recurring for 3 orders, the client was able to close a deal of USD 7000+ or about Rs 6,00,000 retainer, which is still going.

To increase profit, the company decided to sell the scraper for a 1-time purchase and start doing appointment setting and increased our prices.

Never Give Up

After 2 more months, the company touched almost 1lakh per month; the biggest client was from the USA. Then, they changed their focus to appointment setting, which provides recurring income.

Agrim currently has a team of 20 members. He has a clientele count of 28 right now, and 2 prospects are ready to pay but we cannot handle their work right now.

Concluding the post, he added, "So yes, that is my story so far. Planning to build a SaaS now, basically upgrading our current scraper and converting it to a SaaS. Wish you all the best and never give up guys."
