Mumbai: Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm Savy Infra and Logistics, based in Gandhinagar, is launching its IPO from July 21 to July 23. The company announced on Sunday that the total issue size would be Rs 70 crore.
The price band for the IPO has been set at Rs 114 to Rs 120 per share, and investors must bid within this range. The shares will be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.
IPO Objective: Expansion and Daily Operations
Through this IPO, 58.32 lakh new shares will be issued. Out of the total proceeds:
- Rs 49 crore will be used for working capital to meet daily business needs.
- The remaining funds will go toward general corporate purposes.
Tilak Mundra, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, stated that the raised capital will help expand both the EPC and logistics verticals, improving the overall operational efficiency.
