Mumbai: CREDAI-MCHI’s 'Mall Of Homes' Expo Promises 10-Minute Bookings And Exclusive Offers

CREDAI-MCHI, the apex body of real estate developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), is set to host its 32nd Property and Home Finance Expo from January 17 to 19, 2025, at the Jio World Convention Centre. Titled “The Mall of Homes”, the event promises to redefine home buying with its bold theme “Book Your Home in 10 Minutes”.
Over 100 top developers, including Adani Realty, Kalpataru, Rustomjee, and Ajmera Realty, will showcase 500+ projects across more than 5,000 locations. To streamline financing, 25 leading financial institutions, including SBI, LIC Housing Finance, and Tata Capital, will offer on-the-spot home loan solutions.
Dominic Romell, President of CREDAI-MCHI, highlighted the game-changing Quick Real Estate Mall initiative. “Buyers can book homes in just ten minutes while enjoying exclusive offers from developers and financiers,” he said. Nikunj Sanghavi, Expo Convener, called it a “movement embodying the future of real estate.”
A major highlight is Pink Sunday on January 19, dedicated to empowering women homebuyers. Under the CREDAI-MCHI Stree Awas Yojna, women can avail of an additional Rs 2 lakh discount, making it an ideal opportunity for first-time buyers. “It’s time for women to own their dream homes,” said Boman Irani, President of CREDAI National.
