Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has announced a suspension of trading in specific debentures issued by Muthoot Capital Services Ltd. as part of a corporate action. The halt applies to the 10.30 per cent Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) identified with ISIN INE296G07127, issued privately under the code MCSL-10.30 per cent-31-05-25-PVT (974915).
Record Date and Redemption
The company has fixed May 15, 2025, as the record date for both the payment of interest and the final redemption of the debentures. Accordingly, from the same date, May 15, 2025, trading in these instruments will be suspended on the exchange to facilitate smooth processing of the payout and redemption.
