As per the notification issued by the Exchange, the company will offer 1 new equity share for every 1 existing share held by eligible shareholders. The face value of each share is Rs 10, with a premium of Rs 3.90, making the total issue price Rs 13.90 per share, payable in full at the time of application.
Key Dates and Settlement
The record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the rights entitlement is May 8, 2025. Consequently, the stock will begin trading on an ex-rights basis from the same date under Settlement Number DR-625/2025-2026.
