BSE’s mock trading on March 29, 2025, involves system switchover from DR to PR. Sessions cover Equity, Derivatives, and Currency segments. Feedback required by 12:30 PM. Outstanding DR orders will be purged.

Mumbai: In a key development, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has announced the rescheduling of the mock trading session to March 29, 2025, as part of its system switchover from the Disaster Recovery (DR) location to the Primary (PR) location. This initiative is part of BSE’s ongoing efforts to enhance trading infrastructure and ensure system robustness.
The mock trading session will cover all market segments, including Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, and Commodity Derivatives. Trading will commence in the Pre-open session at the DR location from 11:00 AM, followed by the switchback to the PR location at 2:00 PM.
Key Trading Timings
Equity Segment: Pre-open (11:00–11:15 AM), Continuous Trading for T+1 (11:15 AM–12:00 PM), Post-closing (12:10–12:20 PM).
Equity Derivatives & Currency Derivatives: Continuous Trading (11:00 AM–12:00 PM), Trade Modifications at specified times.
Commodity Derivatives: Continuous Trading from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Participants are advised that all outstanding orders at the DR location will be purged before trading resumes at the PR site.
