BSE Announces Demat Auction For July 1, 2025, Trading Members Invited To Submit Offers
BSE will conduct a Demat Auction under Settlement No. DR-662/2025-26 on July 1, 2025. Trading members can submit offers through terminals. Pay-in of auctioned securities is scheduled for July 2. Members must follow cut-off timings strictly.

Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has announced a Demat Auction under Settlement No. DR-662/2025-26, which will take place on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Trading members of the exchange are invited to submit offers to purchase the listed securities through the auction.
The auction timings are clearly defined:
Offer Entry: 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Auction Matching: 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Delivery Statement & Report: 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Money Statement & Final Reports: 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Pay-in of securities for this auction will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians are requested to complete the securities pay-in at depositories within the allowed time.
After changes in the membership structure in the Equity Cash Segment, settlements will now be handled through the Clearing Member of a Trading Member. The restriction on trading members participating in the same auction where they had short-delivered securities has been removed.
Members are advised to be careful while entering the security codes and prices. No corrections will be allowed after submission. The Exchange also holds the right to accept or reject any offer without giving a reason.
Trading members should check cut-off rates shown in the auction screen and refer to corporate action notices (Ex-Rights, Ex-Bonus, etc.) before making any offer.
