BSE Announces Demat Auction For DR-630, Offers Invited From Trading Members
BSE will conduct a Demat Auction on May 16, 2025, for DR-630. Trading members can submit offers during specified times. Pay-in is scheduled for May 19. Members must follow proper process and timings.

Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced a Demat Auction for Rolling Settlement No. DR-630/2025-26, which will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025. This auction is open to trading members of the Exchange who wish to offer securities for purchase.
The auction will be carried out in various sessions. The offer entry time is from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., followed by auction matching from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The delivery statement and accepted offers report will be shared between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., and the money statement and final reports will be available from 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Pay-in of securities for the auction is scheduled on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians must ensure timely pay-in of securities in the depositories.
Importantly, the restriction on trading members from offering securities in auctions where they had short-delivered has been removed due to the new Uniform Membership structure.

Trading members must be very careful while entering security codes and prices, as no corrections will be allowed later. BSE also reminded members to refer to the cutoff rate shown on the auction screen and consider any corporate actions like Ex-Rights or Ex-Bonus when placing offers.
The Exchange also reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without providing a reason.
