In Bandra (East), Vishwas, a commercial building near the western express highway, has been sold for Rs 371 crore.
AU Small Finance Bank will own the Vishwas building.A stamp duty of Rs 22.26 crore was paid and the agreement was registered on Tuesday.
Developer Samir Bhojwani's Earthworth Constructions sold the property to AU Small Finance Bank.
Earlier, the building was occupied by United Phosphorus Ltd (UBL), which had taken the building on a 10-year lease. UBL vacated the building last year after the lease expired. AU Small Finance Bank may use this tower as its new corporate headquarters.
Vishwas is an 11-storey tower in Bandra.
