Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): CM Mohan Yadav, on Sunday, participated in the collective Surya Namaskar session along with students from across Madhya Pradesh to mark Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary and National Youth Day.
The CM performed yoga at Subhash Excellence School in Bhopal on January 12. Also, School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh joined students for Surya Namaskar at CM Rise School in Dobhi village, Narsinghpur district.
The CM also talked about youth-centric initiatives going to be launched on the occasion and said, “Today, on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary, we are launching the Yuva Shakti Mission to empower and strengthen the youth. Additionally, funds will be transferred to the accounts of Ladli Behna beneficiaries from Kalapipal tehsil in Shajapur district.”
All educational institutions in the state broadcast the national song Vande Mataram, a recorded audio of Swami Vivekananda’s speech, and a message from CM Yadav through All India Radio.
After the instructions in the broadcast, collective Surya Namaskar and pranayama were conducted.
This initiative aimed to inspire youth with Swami Vivekananda's teachings and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Furthermore, the CM took to his official X handle to announce another payment under the Ladli Behna scheme and said, “Congratulations, Ladli Behnas...Today, an amount of ₹1,250 will be credited to your accounts.”
