Guna (Madhya Pradesh): Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Digvijaya Singh has strongly criticized Pakistan for repeated ceasefire violations and acts of terrorism.
During his visit to Guna, Singh said that despite agreeing to understanding, Pakistan continued to fire across the border and violated the ceasefire agreement. They launched missile and drone attacks in parts of Srinagar and other areas.
He condemned these actions and urged the Indian government to give a strong response on all fronts.
“Pakistan has now become a hub of terrorism,” Singh stated. “Its government is training terrorists and supporting their activities. This is no longer a secret. Most countries around the world now accept that Pakistan is deeply involved in terrorism,” he added.
He also praised former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, saying, “No one can match Indira. She showed great courage and cannot be compared to anyone.” He added that the current government should also act firmly and give Pakistan a tough answer.

Regarding US President Donald Trump's statement on a ceasefire between India and Pakistan, Digvijaya said, "The fact remains that we have always resolved issues through mutual dialogue. We have never accepted third-party intervention. But when it comes to Donald Trump, what can one say? He is a one-man show, you can never predict what he will say or do."
Singh expressed disappointment over Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying, "What troubles us more is the Prime Minister's silence. He doesn't even attend all-party meetings. Back in the day, when the India-China war happened, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru convened a full Parliament session at Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s request. We have been demanding a special session of the Lok Sabha, but at the very least, the Prime Minister should attend all-party meetings."
