VIDEO: MP CM Mohan Yadav Offers Prayers At Maa Sharda Shakti Peeth In Maihar; Participates In BJYM Rally

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav offered prayers at Maa Sharda Shakti Peeth in Maihar on the occasion of Ram Navami, on Sunday.

Here he offered prayers and sought blessings for the happiness and prosperity of the people of Madhya Pradesh.

CM Yadav reached Maihar at around 2 pm by helicopter from Rewa. Here he was warmly welcomed at the helipad by MP Ganesh Singh, the local MLA and other BJP leaders.

Sharing the pictures on his official X handle, CM Yadav wrote, “Today, I had the privilege of offering prayers to Maa Sharda at the renowned Sharda Shakti Peeth in Maihar. With the blessings of Maa, may Madhya Pradesh continue on the path of development, may every home be filled with happiness and prosperity, and may everyone be blessed with well-being and success, this is my heartfelt prayer. 

Jai Maa Sharda! ”

CM participated in BJYM rally

After visiting the temple, the CM took part in a rally organized by the BJP Yuva Morcha to celebrate BJP Foundation Day.

CM Yadav also held a roadshow in an open jeep. People gathered on both sides of the road to greet him. Many appreciated and welcomed his stand on enforcing prohibition (liquor ban) in the state.

Liquor ban to guard cultural values

CM Yadav also emphasised on the liquor ban in religious cities and stated this is not just an administrative move, but a step to protect cultural values and respect public faith.

Speaking during his visit to Maihar as part of the ‘Jan Ashirwad Yatra,’ the CM said that the warm welcome and flower showers by the people clearly showed their emotional support for the decision.

He added, “When a decision is rooted in culture and tradition, society accepts it with love.”

CM Yadav reaffirmed that his government is committed to protecting Sanatan values, traditions, and people’s faith.

Earlier, CM visited Dada Darbar Kuti in Narmadapuram

Earlier on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami and the final day of Chaitra Navratri, CM Mohan Yadav visited Dada Darbar Kuti in Narmadapuram in the presence of Samarth Dada Guru Bhaiya Ji Sarkar.

Regarding his visit, teh CM said, "With folded hands, I pray that the blessings of Jagat Kalyani Maa Bhagwati and the sacred river Maa Narmada continue to shower upon all the people of the state, bringing peace, prosperity, and well-being to everyone."
