PM Modi To Reach Gwalior Shortly; Will Visit Ashoknagar's Anandpur Dham Via Army Helicopter; Security Tightened

Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Gwalior during a transit visit on Friday afternoon. He will attend an event at Anandpur Dham located in Isagarh tehsil of Ashoknagar.
The PM will reach Gwalior Air Force Station by special plane at around 2 pm. Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar, Minister in charge Tulsiram Silawat, MP Bharat Singh Kushwaha along with other ministers and DGP Kailash Makwana will welcome PM Modi.
After staying for five minutes, the Prime Minister will leave for Ashok Nagar by the army helicopter. Similarly, on the return, he will come to Gwalior at six in the evening and after staying for five minutes, he will leave for Delhi.

Checking was intensified across Gwalior and barricades were put at the entry points of the city. Hotels are also being inspected as part of security checks ahead of the PM's visit.
Force has also been deployed at the station and bus stand for additional security arrangements.

Gwalior Police is fully prepared for the transit visit of the Prime Minister. The police has thoroughly checked the security arrangements.
For security reasons, police officers have taken out a carcade from the airport to Birla Hospital and Murar VIP Circuit House.
Wherever some shortcomings were seen on the way, they were immediately rectified. Also, security has been tightened around the airport.
