Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to interact with the MPs, legislators and office-bearers of the party in the state for the first time. Modi will be with the BJP leaders for two hours. Preparations are in full swing for the meeting to be held at the Kushabhau Thakre Convention Centre in the evening of February 23.

According to information received by the BJP organisation from the Prime Minister’s Office, Modi’s interaction with the public representatives will be held in the evening. According to sources, after laying foundation of cancer hospital in Bageshwar Dham, Modi will arrive at Bhopal. So, his programme may be a little late. After the PM’s interaction with the public representatives, a dinner may be organised.

Modi has already held talks with MPs and MLAs of Odisha and took feedback from them. The same kind of function as held in Odisha and Maharashtra will be organised in the state. According to reports, Modi will initially put up his point of views from the stage. Afterwards, he will come down from the stage and discuss various issues with the MPs and MLAs in groups.

During the interaction with the public representatives, Modi makes all efforts to talk to all of them. BJP’s state unit president VD Sharma inspected the convention centre on Wednesday and discussed with the officers and BJP leaders the preparations for the event. The BJP organisation is making seating arrangements for the public representatives.

Govt, party trying to dispel anger among public reps

The BJP leaders have swung into action to do damage control so that anger of any public representative can be put under check in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The government is doing all those works as requested by the public representatives. Additional Chief Secretary-rank officers were sent to divisions to discuss the issue with legislators. Several works have been done on the feedback given by ACSs. Interactions are also being held at the organisations to keep the voice of resentment under check.
