Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): A horrific incident was reported in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior, where a 15-year-old minor boy was allegedly sodomised by three local youths while he was out on a picnic on Friday.
According to reports, the victim, a resident of Maharajpura had gone to Bithauli waterfall in the forest of Tighra on Friday afternoon. The boy was enjoying his picnic in the waterfall when he encountered the three accused.

The accused allegedly threatened the minor and forced him into a nearby area which was deserted. Further, all the three youths took turns assaulting him. The accused also recorded the entire incident.
After committing the heinous crime, the assailants threatened the child not to disclose the incident to anyone, threatening to make the video public if he did. Petrified by the incident, the boy returned to his home and confided to his parents about the incident.
The family members promptly took the minor to Maharajpura police station from where the police referred him to Tighra police station, the police station under which the crime took place.

The boy submitted a complaint application in Tighra police station on the basis of which the police registered a case under the POCSO Act for rape and threatening against all the three accused.
However, the accused managed to abscond, the police have launched a manhunt to nab all three of them.
