Patient's Attendants Caught With Liquor Bottle & 'Chakna' On Hospital Bed In MP's Morena; Video Viral

Morena (Madhya Pradesh): A shocking incident was reported from a government hospital in Morena district, where a patient's attendants were caught drinking liquor and enjoying 'chakan' (snacks) at the general ward.

A video of the act went viral on social media, creating a buzz and raising serious concerns on the discipline. The clip shows the alcohol bottle and a plate of snacks on an empty bed.

When the hospital staff tried to stop the patient's attendants, they started arguing.

The matter was then reported to the City Kotwali police. The police quickly reached the spot, caught the drunk individuals, and seized liquor bottles, glasses, and other items from them.

Local people and patients expressed displeasure that such incidents are constantly coming to the fore in the hospital, due to which questions are being raised on the safety and environment of the patients.

People say that due to the negligence of the hospital administration and lack of security arrangements, such anti-social elements are fearlessly carrying out the crimes.

Despite the seriousness of the situation, no strict action has been taken so far by the hospital administration or health department. People are now questioning how alcohol is even entering the hospital and why no effective measures are being taken to stop such acts.
