MP Horror! 75-Year-Old Man Brutally Killed After Objecting To Youth’s Unnatural Sex Attempt

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A spine-chilling incident was reported in the Bedaghat village in Jabalpur where a 75-year-old man was bludgeoned to death after he objected to an attempt of unnatural sex on Tuesday.

The victim, identified as Shyamsundar Soni, a resident of Hirapur Bandha, was found dead late on the night of April 29, his body soaked in blood was found in a roadside sewer.

Victim resisted, accused crushed the elderly man with a boulder

According to police, 24-yo Hrithik Sharma confessed to the crime. He disclosed that he attempted to commit unnatural sex with an elderly man, upon resistance he crushed the victim to death with a heavy stone.

On Tuesday, Pankaj Yadav, a resident of Khairi alarmed the police after hearing screams and noises from the north side of the road in front of his house. Upon reaching the spot, cops saw Sharma emerging from the crime scene partially dressed and and his clothes had blood stains all over.

Victim sustained severe injuries

The cops discovered the body of the victim in a drain soaked in blood. Soni sustained severe injuries on his head, eyes, ears and genitals which indicated towards the brutality of the attack. Investigators also discovered the murder weapon, a big bloodied boulder lying near the drain.

Based on the confession and interrogation, police registered a case against Sharma under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Sharma was presented before the court and has been remanded to judicial custody before his arrest.

This tragic incident has caused mourning in the entire village. The relatives of the deceased have demanded strict action against the accused. The villagers are partially satisfied with the prompt action taken by the police, but the fatality of the incident has haunted the entire village.
