MP: Couple Dies After Jumping In Bhopal's Upper Lake; Reason Unknown
Priya’s husband, Dashrath Sahu, was murdered this year on January 23. Since then she started living with Durgesh. Priya also had a 13-year-old son.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Bodies of a man and a woman were found floating in Bada Talab (Upper Lake) in Bhopal, which were recovered with the help of divers on Wednesday morning, a police said on Wednesday.
According to information, the deceased are identified as Priya Sahu (32) and Durgesh Soni. Priya’s husband, Dashrath Sahu, was murdered this year on January 23. Since then she started living with Durgesh, her husband's friend. Priya also had a 13-year-old son.
The two deceased were residing in Vishwakarma Nagar of Bagh Sewania before the incident. The families of both the deceased have been informed. The reasons behind them taking extreme steps will be revealed only after their statements.

As per Shyamala Hills police station in-charge RV Singh Vimal, Priya used to work as a tailor in Bhopal. She has a 13-year-old son. Her husband Dashrath Sahu was murdered in Sagar on January 23. Durgesh was her husband's friend. Both of them knew each other from before.
On the other hand Durgesh Soni originally hailed from Satna. He worked at a jewellery shop in Sagar.
"We reached the spot at around 6 am, and found an unknown two-wheeler parked abandoned on the road. Later, we found bodies floating in the lake along with two pairs of slippers and a dupatta," said the police.
An FIR has been registered regarding the matter and police are investigating the matter at present. The bodies of both the deceased are sent to government Hamidia Hospital for postmortem.
