MP: 12 'Baraatis' Injured After Bus Carrying Wedding Party Loses Control & Overturns In Sagar
A bike rider lost his hand after collision with a bus in another accident in Chhatarpur.

Sagar (Madhya Pradesh): At least 12 persons were injured after a bus full of baraatis lost control and overturned in Madhya Pradesh's Sagar on Saturday. The accident happened near Lotna Lotani village of Narayavalli police station area. They have been admitted to the hospital.
The accident happened on Saturday morning around 8:30 am under Narayavalli police station. According to the information, the driver lost control of the steering, and the bus full of baraatis overturned near Lautna-Lautani village on Jerai-Sihora road.
Commuters passing by stopped at the spot and informed the police and 108 ambulance. The wedding guests were rescued from the bus.
At least 12 persons sustained injuries in the accident. They were referred to the district hospital by ambulance. Some injured were also taken to Sihora Primary Health Centre.
Bike rider loses hand after collision with bus
Another bus accident was reported in Sasan village on Chhatarpur Road on Friday night, when a passenger bus rammed into a bike. While bus passengers were safe, the youth riding the bike lost one of his hands. The collision was so intense that his hand was severed.
Angry locals blocked the Sagar-Chhatarpur road, leading to long queues of vehicles on both sides of the road. The police force reached the spot.
According to the information, 25-year-old Halkeraja, a resident of Sasan, was on his motorcycle when the Sagar-Chhatarpur bus hit him. Due to the acute collision with the bus, one hand of the bike rider Halkeraja was severed.
