Minor Accuses Swimming Trainer Of Kissing Her In MP's Jabalpur

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): An FIR has been registered against a retired municipal sports officer for allegedly forcibly kissing a minor girl whom he was training how to swim.

The parents of the minor girl complained to Gwarighat police station area in this regard. Surprisingly, girl’s father and the sports officer are friends and have family relations.

The girl told police that on July 2, uncle (sports officer) came to pick her up from her residence and she went on his motorcycle to learn to swim at Jilhari Ghat on banks of river Narmada.

While entering the river at Jilhari Ghat, the uncle (sports officer) touched her chest with bad intentions. When she asked, "Uncle, why are you doing this dirty act?", he removed his hand.

The student told police that after learning to swim when they were returning to her residence, uncle (sports officer) stopped the vehicle in front of a college and kissed her with bad intentions. She refused to be kissed, but he forcibly kissed her anyway.

The girl narrated the ordeal to her elder sister on returning home who in turn informed the parents about the incident. The parents directly went to the police with her and lodged an FIR.
