Madhya Pradesh: Thieves Strike At Three Houses, A Shop In Bhopal

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Unidentified thieves broke into three houses and a shop in Piplani, TT Nagar, MP Nagar and Kolar localities of Bhopal on Sunday, and made off with booty worth Rs 2 lakh from there, the police said.
Till now, the police have got no leads in all the four cases. TT Nagar police station house officer (SHO) Sajjan Singh Mukati said the complainant, Manoj Kumar Prajapati had gone out of his house on Sunday. When he returned, he found the main door of his house broken and the entire house ransacked.
On checking, he realised that unidentified thieves had stolen valuables worth Rs 40 thousand from his place. Similarly, the thieves sneaked into the house of Sumit Shrivastava in his absence in Piplani area, and made away with booty worth Rs 60 thousand.
At 1:30 am on the intervening night of Sunday-Monday, the thieves struck at a sports shop in MP Nagar and stole cash money, along with valuables worth Rs 50 thousand.
Another theft involving valuables worth Rs 50 thousand was reported from Kolar, as informed to the police by the complainant Deepak Chourasiya. The police have lodged complaints and have begun probing the incidents.
