Narmadapuram (Madhya Pradesh): The officers of the district administration have disposed of 63 complaints at the weekly public hearing on Tuesday. The officers were connected to the public hearing through video conferencing.
The video conferencing has helped the officials solve the public complaints. Collector Sonia Meena, who was presiding over the hearing, said the complaints lying unsolved for more than 50 days should be worked out in a week.
The administration will act against those who fail to dispose of the complaints within the stipulated time, she said. The officials solved several cases after receiving instructions from Meena.
She told the officers to issue show-cause notices to the heads of those departments where the complaints made on the CM Helpline were pending for over 500 days.
The collector directed the project officer of the Women and Child Welfare Department and the chief medical and health officer to reduce the number of complaints. She also directed the officials to improve the ranking of their department in disposing of the complaints filed on the CM Helpline.
Joint collector Sampada Saraf, city magistrate Brijendra Rawat and other officers were present at the public hearing.
