Congress District Heads To Be Appointed In Two Weeks, State In-Charge Held Meetings Of Several Committees

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Congress’s state in-charge, Harish Choudhary, and MPCC president Jitu Patwari held a meeting with the members of various committees of the party on Wednesday.

At the election management committee meeting, the party decided to complete the formalities for appointments soon. The posts of district unit presidents should be filled within two weeks, Choudhary said.

He said block presidents should also be appointed and pending issues settled. All partymen should swing into election management after the appointments, he said.

Choudhary had to hold a meeting with the media cell, too. But all spokespersons were not informed about the meeting.

Most of the spokespersons were absent from the meeting because of certain confusion. Choudhary, however, held a meeting with the media and social media in-charges. He told all the in-charges to get ready for the election. The party has to be ready at the grassroots and look more aggressive.

Chintan meeting can Be held in Pachmarhi.

The Congress may organise a Chintan meeting in Pachmarhi in the coming days, keeping in mind the assembly election of 2028.

It figured in several meetings between the party in charge and the leaders that the Congress holds a state conference. Every leader of the party should participate in it.

Save Constitution Drive was put off

The Congress has put off its save constitution (Samvidhan Bachao) campaign, keeping in mind the situation arising out of Operation Soindoor by the Indian Army.
