Class 9 Girl Dies After Jumping From Gwalior Fort; Reason Unknown, Probe Underway

According to reports, some visitors at the fort witnessed the girl jumping and immediately informed the police.
Upon receiving the call, the police rushed to the spot and initiated a search operation.
The student was later identified as Pushpa Yadav, a resident of Anand Nagar in the Bahodapur area.

Pushpa had left home on a scooter, telling her family that she was going to her coaching classes.
However, instead of heading to the coaching center, she went to the fort, where she allegedly took the extreme step.
Her father, Rinku Yadav, said he had no idea why she would go to the fort or what led her to take such a decision.
Padav police station SI Rohit Chaudhary said that they received information that a girl had jumped from behind the dargah located at the fort.
After an extensive two-hour search, her body was recovered.
The police have begun an investigation to determine the exact circumstances leading to the incident.
