Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Congress has accused the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University of playing with the futures of students claiming that the varsity is running courses not affiliated to any government agency.
Terming it a scam, Congress leader Bhupendra Gupta while addressing media persons here on Sunday referred to the reply of a minister given in State Assembly wherein it was claimed that University was running Electro Homeopathy course which was not recognized by any AYUSH Council or any Indian system of medicine.
Gupta claimed that the university was running courses which were not affiliated with the Distance Education Bureau (Government of India). The Congress leader further claimed that the university had publicly clarified that they were running these courses not for business but to spread awareness. This objective in itself is misleading, he alleged.
Terming it a scam, Gupta further claimed that at the study centers around 10,000 students had taken the admission, while in the campus very few of the students had taken the admission, it is a scam.
