32 Properties Seized, Many Gifted Among Themselves: Saurabh Sharma And Two Aides Owned Property Worth Crores, Says ED Charge Sheet

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Enforcement Directorate has seized 32 properties owned by former RTO constable Saurabh Sharma, his associates and family members.

The agency in its charge sheet stated that they have found as many as seven plots valued at of Rs 6.61 crore in different locations in Bhopal, registered under the name of Aviral Building Construction company and two properties in Indore worth Rs 1.77 crore.

The total value of the land in possession of the company, jointly owned by Sharma and his two associates - Chetan Singh Gaur and Sharad Jaiswal - stands at Rs 8.38 crore. Similarly his mother, wife and his mother-in-law also possessed a number of immovable properties.

Sharma and his family members including his in-laws and his associates had gifted properties among themselves - Uma Sharma Saurabh’s mother owns five properties one in Bhopal and four Gwalior In Gwalior- she owns two plots worth Rs 30.33 lakh, and Rs 26.54 lakh each, agriculture land worth Rs 14.24 lakh and a bigha agricultural land valued at Rs 19.51 lakh. A double story Housing Board House at E-7, Arera Colony, Bhopal, valued at Rs 1.67 crore is also in her name.

Diviya Tiwari, wife of Saurabh Sharma had gifted a land worth Rs 32 lakh in Mugalia Kot (Bhopal) to her mother Rekha Tiwari. Another land in Bhairopur Bhopal in the joint name of Divya Tiwari and her mother Rekha; the value of the land is around Rs 1.20 crore. Rekha Tiwari has two agricultural land in her name –one at Sevaniya Gaud (Bhopal) worth Rs 72 lakh and another in Bhopal, valued at Rs 20 lakh.

The mother– daughter jointly own Rajmata Bharatmata Shiksha and Social Welfare Committee Bhopal, which owns a plot worth Rs 25.53 lakh in Indore- . Sharad Jaiswal, an associate of Saurabh Sharma also has a number immovable assets in his name. His properties include -MIG Flat in Ratnagiri, Bhopal Rs 14.75 lakh, A Plot in Hinautia Alam Rs 25.62 lakh, Another LIG flat in Alankar Heights Rs 25.50 lakh, Plot in Hinautia Alam Rs 9.23 lakh.

Plot in Emaar Continental City Indore of Sharad and Kushal Mangal, Rs 4.20 crore. A plot of Emaar India Limited, Indore is in the name of Sharad and Ganesh Infrastructure (Ripusudan Pachauri) Rs 4.10 crore. Rs 1.84 crore worth two-floor house in E-7/78 in Arera Colony, Bhopal, it is owned by ‘Instant UR Infrastructure’ A plot in Indore on AB Road, in name of ‘Instant UR Infrastructure’ Rs 1.80 crore.
