WATCH: CM Mohan Yadav Helps Create 18,000-Square-Feet 3D Rangoli At Bhopal's Shaurya Smarak, Art Enters Golden Book of World Records

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): On the occasion of National Youth Day, marking the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, an 18,000 square foot 3D rangoli was carved at Bhopal’s Shaurya Smarak.

Created by Shikha Sharma and her team, this masterpiece has earned a place in the Golden Book of World Records. The achievement adds another feather in Madhya Pradesh's cap.

Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan praised and congratulated Shikha and her team on his official X handle and said, “Our young daughters have remarkable skills and incomparable art! Today, on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti, celebrated as 'Youth Day,' paid floral tributes to the statue of Mother Bharati at Shaurya Smarak, Bhopal. Also admired the world's largest 3-D rangoli, spanning 18,000 square feet, created by daughter Shikha Sharma, inspired by Swami Vivekananda.”

The programme started with floral tributes to the statue of Bharat Mata. This was followed by an official acknowledgment of the remarkable artistry.

Shikha Sharma and her team were congratulated for their outstanding achievement and wished for a bright future.

The rangoli depicts Swami Vivekananda who stands as a vibrant symbol of Indian culture and creativity. The great leader forever inspires the youth of India and Madhya Pradesh to elevate the country’s and state’s name with pride.

The ceremony was graced by dignitaries, including Minister of State (Independent Charge) Mrs. Krishna Gaur, MLA Shri Bhagwan Das Sabnani, and other prominent figures.
