Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): A major road accident occurred in Gwalior’s Guda Gudi Ka Naka on Friday morning, in which an auto-rickshaw overturned injuring 12 passengers.
It is said that auto was carrying 12 devotees returning from Maa Sheetla, out of which three are in critical condition.
The injured include men, women, and children.
According to information, the accident took place when a bus suddenly appeared in front of the auto in the narrow streets of Guda Gudi Ka Naka. The auto driver tried to avoid the bus, but due to high speed, he lost control, and the vehicle overturned.
The accident caused a panic at the scene. Locals immediately informed the police, who arrived and sent the injured to JAH Trauma Center. Three of the are in critical condition.

According to information, a group of devotees hailing from Tal Murar area had started their journey to Maa Sheetla Temple on foot. They walk barefoot to seek blessings and organise a bhandara after their wishes are fulfilled.
Aman Sharma and Sundar Batham shared that 15-20 people from their locality visit the temple every year. This time, after completing their prayers, they were returning home when the accident happened around 5 am.
According to Madhoganj police, the accident took place at Guda Gudi Ka Naka. The auto overturned while devotees were returning from the temple. Around 10-12 people were injured, and the investigation has been launched into the matter.
